I now have a signed agreement for our reunion.Here is the information I have so far--
Reunion will be Thursday, May 4, 2023 leaving Sunday May 7, 2023.

Rate is $139. per night plus taxes.
Rate is good for 3 days before and 3 days after these dates if you plan on coming in early or leaving late.
You may call the hotel to make your reservation and use code 366K9.
You may book online. I will forward you the booking link in my next email.
Make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure an accurate headcount. Your credit card will NOT be charged until you check out of the hotel. In an emergency, you have up to 2days before your reservation to cancel with no charge to your credit card.
You cannot make a reservation through a third party; only by using the link I will forward or by calling directly and using code 366K9.
YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL ME ASAP TO CONFIRM THAT YOU WILL BE ATTENDING
THE REUNION. I MUST HAVE AN ACCURATE COUNT TO MOVE FORWARD.
